Ordering Information

• Shipping Information:  Unfortunately, with Etsy listings, there is no perfect way to calculate shipping (though they are getting better at calculating!).  So, as you checkout, in some instances it may look like you have been charged an adominable amount of shipping! Please be assured that my goal is not to gouge anyone for any shipping charges.  Any monies in excess of $2.00 of actual shipping will be refunded via original payment method. Most of the time, orders over $35 will ship for Free, however, when the USPS raises their prices and surcharges during the holiday season, the threshold for free shipping will rise to $75. .
• If you woud like your shipping charges to be calculated accurately upon ordering, without paying and then waiting for a refund, then the best thing to do is email me at scentability@tds.net with what you would like to order, and via email we can work up the order total and shipping and I will either invoice you directly through Paypal or create a custom listing for you to be able to order through the website itself!
• Please allow up to 3-4 days for your products to ship for products that are in stock. During times of higher order volumes, and for made to order items, please allow up to 5 business days for your item(s) to ship. If there will be any extra delay of any of your merchandise, I will email you, let you know what is going on and give an estimated timeline. 

• SPECIAL ORDERS:  I welcome any special orders that you may have, or any requests, suggestions, comments, etc.! I have purchased many of my fragrances at the request of customers, family and friends. Also, if you are looking for any certain product, ask, and I may be able to make it for you! I am always working on new projects and looking for more to get my hands into!!

• SHIPPING/DELIVERY INFO: I do offer free delivery/pick up in the Tomahawk WI Area. Anyone in my area who would like to pick up their order at my Tomahawk retail location, please email me at scentability@tds.net, or call 715-453-2277, and we can then work together to get your order to you! For locals: if you purchase through the website, pay for shipping, but want your order picked up/delivered, I will refund your shipping charges to you via your original paymrnt method.  One way to avoid this is to call me at 715-453-2277 with what you would like to order, I will work up a total for you and I can invoice you directly through Paypal for payment or you can pay via check/cash at delivery!

• RETURNS/REFUNDS: Due to health/sanitary reasons, I am unable to accept returns on any body products, however, if you do find a defect/problem with your product, please do not hesitate to contact me and we can work this situation out! Please do not hesitate to email me if you have questions/concerns regarding your products/order.

• OTHER PAYMENT INFO:  I will glady accept your personal check/money order sent via snail mail. However to be able to do this, you need to email me with your order, and shipping address.  I can then work up a total for your order and shipping charges, and you can then send a check for the amount to:
